Our Services

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl printing uses vinyl to create graphics on apparel using a cutting machine, weeding, and a heat press.

Pros

Ideal for small orders

Vinyl is great for small runs up to 16 garments. Vinyl printing takes the most time to execute compared to Screen Printing and Sublimation.

Ideal for Simple Graphics

If you are looking to print basic shapes or text-based designs vinyl is for you! Vinyl works best with simple and clean designs. Vinyl does not work will intricate designs.

More Positioning Options

With vinyl, you can, for the most part, place your design anywhere! That’s because the design is cut into pieces. This allows us to have more flexibility and options when positioning the design onto whatever desired material.

Wide Selection of Colors & Styles

Vinyl offers a large selection of colors, patterns, and textures to choose from. From glitter and holographic, to funky patterns and chalkboard, there’s no limit to options when it comes to vinyl.

However, please keep in mind that vinyl uses a cutting method so it works best with spot colors.

Lots of Material Options

Vinyl can use both a heat transfer method, as well as adhesive to adhere to the material. You can use vinyl to customize a variety of materials including, but not limited to: paper products, textiles, wood, glass, ceramics, and more!

Quick Turnaround for small runs

Vinyl works well for small runs, and one-off designs. However, vinyl does require each material to be configured individually, which creates a slower process. Therefore, vinyl printing is not cost effective with orders over 16 pieces.

Cons

Not good for complex designs

Vinyl use a cutting technique that cuts your design out of the vinyl material. Making vinyl best for simple graphics, basic shapes, and text-based designs.

Not Cost Effective for large runs

Vinyl is perfect for small orders, less than 16 pieces. Making vinyl not scalable.

Size limitations

Vinyl printing works best with small to medium sized design. Keep in mind that vinyl lays on top of the material surface, making larger design more weighty.

Lifespan and durability

Vinyl should last for more than 5 years with proper care. Since vinyl is placed and fused on top of the material it may not support a long lifespan compared to Screen Printing and Sublimation.

No feel ink

Vinyl uses a processes of transfer where the design lays on top so you can feel a slight raised texture where the design is printed.

Vinyl Types & Textures

There are two major types of vinyl. Adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl. Both types come in a variety of brands, thickness, colors, sizes and textures. The options are truly endless when it comes to vinyl.

Which Vinyl Should I Choose?

If your surface is hard and smooth (things like walls, mugs, bottles, picture frames, mirrors, boxes, etc.), go with adhesive vinyl. If your surface is soft and can withstand heat (clothing, shoes, books, tote bags, etc.), then heat transfer vinyl will work best!

Vinyl Design Examples

You can really get creative with your design when it comes to vinyl. There are so many colors and textures to choose from. Here are some vinyl print examples to get that creativity flowing.

Remember!

Vinyl uses a process called “weeding” to cut your design. So simple text and graphics work best.

Get Creative

Even though vinyl works best with simple design you can still have fun when choosing colors and vinyl textures!

Printing Services

Screen Printing

Aka Silk Screening, is the process of transferring a stenciled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink, and a squeegee.

ideal for large orders

Screen Printing is the way to go for large orders. Orders over 24+ pieces are recommend. Or else it can get quite expensive.

Custom Color Options

Screen Printing gives you access to a higher level or color options and design details

Long Lifespan and durability

The ink is heat cured, therefore the garments can withstand the roughness of machine washing.

Sublimation

Is a form of digital printing that uses a specialized printer to transfer a design into a material using ink and heat.

Ideal for small to medium orders

Sublimation is great for small orders. Anything from 1 to 20 items works best and remains cost-effective.

Ideal for full-color designs

Sublimation allows you to print more intricate designs and colors at no additional cost. However, sublimation is limited to printing on light garments.

No feel ink

Sublimation uses a process that infuses the ink straight into the material. You literally can’t feel the printed area. Compared to vinyl and certain types of screen printing. In those processes the design lays on top so you can feel a slight raised texture where the design is printed.

They helped me with a last-minute holiday order, it came out perfect in such a short time, they kept me updated and delivered on time. Such a good business and nice people 💜

Maya M

What a great experience from initial consultation to completion! HP gave me recommendations and provided multiple options to have an understanding of the comfort level of each shirt. They were very patient with my revisions of my design for production of the shirts. Lastly, the care given to the completion of the order was "on target" and the timeline exceeded my expectations. Will order again soon. Thank You AA
